PumpSite.gg (“Service”) provides automated website generation for cryptocurrency tokens launched on Pump.fun and the Solana blockchain. For a flat fee of 1 SOL, we generate a unique, AI-powered website deployed to a .pumpsite.gg subdomain.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is made exclusively in SOL via the Solana blockchain.
- The current price is 1 SOL per website, which includes generation, hosting, subdomain, and SSL certificate.
- Payment is required before site generation begins.
- Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of order placement is final.
3. What's Included
- One (1) AI-generated website with unique design, colors extracted from your logo, and AI-written copy.
- Free subdomain at tokenname.pumpsite.gg.
- SSL certificate and hosting included.
- Mobile-responsive design.
- One (1) free regeneration if you're not satisfied with the initial result.

5. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate token information (name, symbol, description, logo).
- You must own or have rights to use the logo and content you submit.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your token's contract address and social links.
- You agree not to use the service for tokens that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or scams.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your logo and brand assets.
- The generated website design and AI-written copy are provided for your use under a perpetual, non-exclusive license.
- PumpSite.gg reserves the right to showcase generated sites as portfolio examples.
7. Service Availability
- We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.
- Generated sites are hosted as long as the service operates. We provide reasonable notice before any service discontinuation.
- We reserve the right to remove sites that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
PumpSite.gg is a website generation service only. We do not provide financial advice, endorse any token, or guarantee any investment outcome. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid (1 SOL).
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via our website and social channels.
