We want every customer to be happy with their generated website. Since each site is uniquely created by AI based on your token's identity, we offer a fair policy that balances quality assurance with the automated nature of our service.
Free Regeneration
Every order includes 1 free regeneration.
If you're not satisfied with the initial design, colors, or AI-written copy, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll regenerate your site at no extra cost.
Eligible for Full Refund
- Generation failure: If our system fails to generate your site and we cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours.
- Non-delivery: If your site is not deployed within 1 hour of confirmed payment.
- Critical defects: If the generated site has broken layouts, missing sections, or non-functional elements that cannot be fixed through regeneration.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Subjective design preferences after the free regeneration has been used.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong logo, typos in token name, etc.).
- Changes to your token's branding after the site was generated.
- Requests made more than 7 days after site delivery.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@pumpsite.gg with your order ID.
- Describe the issue and include screenshots if applicable.
- We'll review your request within 24 hours.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original wallet address within 48 hours.
Change Requests
Beyond the free regeneration, you can submit specific change requests (text edits, color adjustments, section modifications) through your order tracking page. Minor changes are typically handled within 24 hours at no extra cost.
